We collect the business and personal information you give us and the bank statement data you upload, solely to provide bookkeeping and tax preparation for your business. Data is stored in Australia-eligible Cloudflare regions, encrypted at rest, and partitioned per business. We use Anthropic's Claude to read documents and code transactions under a data-processing agreement that prohibits training on your data; we use Resend (email), ClickSend (SMS) and Stripe (payments) as processors. We never store bank login credentials or tax file numbers. You may request export or deletion at any time at [email protected]. We comply with the Australian Privacy Principles.
